CANCELLATION POLICY

Requires a credit card on file as well as a nonrefundable deposit in order to reserve an appointment. Your appointment is very important to me and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I ask for at least a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment to avoid any penalty. In the case that a 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. No shows are included under this policy. In the instance, that your card declines when trying to charge a fee, you will be banned from booking and will be required to pay overdue amount in full before booking again. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no show and will be charged 50% of your total service. Please make sure to confirm your appointment via the Gloss Genius text you receive 2 days before your appointment .
